One Eighty is made by Ifeanyi Onuoha. These terms cover the One Eighty app and this website. The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; these terms add to it. By using One Eighty you agree to both.

One Eighty Pro

Sessions, measurements and your progress video need a One Eighty Pro subscription: yearly, with a 7-day free trial, or weekly. The app shows the price in your currency before you buy. Prices differ by country.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
• A subscription renews automatically at the same length and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before it.
• To avoid being charged after the free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
• Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too: see Apple's refund page.

If a price changes, Apple tells you before it applies to your subscription.

Stretch safely

One Eighty is for general fitness and isn't medical advice. Warm up first, never force a stretch, and stop if it hurts. If you have an injury, a medical condition or are pregnant, ask a doctor or physiotherapist before you start. You stretch at your own risk.

Measurements

Angles are estimated from the camera picture, so they depend on the light, how the phone is placed and how much of you is in view. Treat them as a guide to your own progress, not as a medical, scientific or competition measurement. Time estimates such as "about 6 weeks to a full split" are guesses, not promises.

Your readings and videos

Your readings and the videos you make are yours. They stay on your iPhone (see the privacy policy). When you share a video, you're responsible for where it goes.

Using the app

Don't copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law. One Eighty may change, gain or lose features over time.

The test on this website

The split test on getoneeighty.com is free and comes as it is. It runs in your browser; nothing you do there creates an account.

Liability

One Eighty is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law requires. As far as the law allows, Ifeanyi Onuoha isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for One Eighty in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date; using One Eighty after that means you accept it. Questions: support@getoneeighty.com.
